INDUSTRY
I feel them on my skin. A new species. They channel my rivers into canals of concrete and steel. They twist my minerals into new and edged shapes. I can’t help but laugh. Have they not heard of rust and erosion? I get to work. This will be a year they’ll not ever forget.
